Help. Can't get GPS on my S5

Go outside, turn on location services and open up google maps.
If you have a clear line of sight to the sky you should get a fix in about 15-20 secs.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

MI5 is right as GPS often won't work indoors, it needs a direct line of sight to the satellites.
