Huawei p9 nougat update

Has anyone notice that their p9 isn't showing up on their o2 app just number and has anyone received an update to nougat yet I contacted Huawei and they said my firmware was a custom one from o2 and couldn't tell me a date contacted guro online and he said it's up to Huawei to release the updates confused

Do the O2 tech people look at this forum? Surely they could give us some pointers as to whats happening with this update?

LOL, O2 are taking their time with releasing this...

 

However, they know that 99% of their customers are oblivious to the fact that an update is pending...
And they dont care about the remaining 1% who are Anxious and/or impatient and/or technolphiles....
