How to get a new contract?

My contract is paid up. I want to change to a high data/ low text & calls option, but cant see an option on the mobile site.Can anyone link me to the right place? Appreciated.

Call customer service on 202 and they will just change your tariff. You Lee the same phone and sim so it’s all really easy.

Data is King nowadays.  Texts and minutes are incidentals and most contracts now come with unlimited calls and texts if you need high data allowance.

Yes, but the account bill is showing a higher tariff amount than the contract.....its never easy....sigh
