Hi @Anonymous if you are already abroad then this isn't possible as it involves sending a shortcode 1760 which isnt recognised when out of the UK....
However I remember a thread where someone managed to do it...have a look here
If this doesn't work for you then your only other option is to contact customer services and see if they can do it remotely..

If you are on contract download the TuGo app, you can disable it within the app itself.
