It won't show in there until you write your number to the sim card.
Your sim should have been activated unless it was ordered online, in which case you may have to call O2 to activate it.
Try calling another mobile and reading your number off the caller display.

I didn't know my username to my o2 account but found it. had to merge it with my previous account also.
