Hello all
I requested my phone to be unlocked via the form on the O2 website and got this email -
"Im sorry we are unable to request the unlatching code for your phone as we no longer support unlatching for this make of handset. "
Please could explain what this means ?

Is the phone definitely locked? Have you tried another sim card?
O2 have to unlock if it is locked by their network.
Any help here @EmilieT ?

I tried putting an EE sim in my phone and it straight away connected and had the EE logo on the home screen
