Is anyone else having problems with Gmail (as in receiving notifications from forum?)

I use gmail 99% for this forum. All worked ok while I was away for weekend. Emails from here came in as normal.

Since 2pm today they have stopped.

I have tested it by sending myself an email from my btinternet account. That came into gmail. A friend has sent me an email to gmail address. That also came in.

So by a process of elimination, it looks as if it's O2 related??.

Just for info, Gmail is on my Note 8. Also via Outlook on my PC (set up in 2 separate accounts ie btinternet and gmail)

 

Just checking if anyone else is having the same issue?

Seems to be fine and arrived in inbox as opposed to junk.

Looking good although not showing as a 'notification' above.

 

Try one more to be sure.  @BobM

Oh no @Mi-Amigo ! Sorry to hear it didn't work for you yet. I wonder if it might take Gmail a bit of time to get used to the new change somehow, sometimes? thinking Just guessing here. Let's see over the weekend if things improve, and I'll forward some more feedback/comments on Monday if there still seems to be any issues left!

 

@pgn  I've also PMd myself occasionally for testing purposes. It always feels a bit funny. grin

Just to say I received my bill on 01-Dec, with an alert from MyO2 app and an SMS from O2.

I paid it on 02-Dec, and the e-mail confirming payment went into my Gmail inbox as normal (ie, not marked as Spam).

For some maybe. I had to setup a mail filter again tonight after emails notifying me of PM's were found in spam again.

Just checked and appears to be broken again - no filter and notification that my answer was marked as solution has gone into spam.
@Marjo @Martin-O2 can you have a word?
