Gmail issue

Is anyone else having problems with Gmail (as in receiving notifications from forum?)

I use gmail 99% for this forum. All worked ok while I was away for weekend. Emails from here came in as normal.

Since 2pm today they have stopped.

I have tested it by sending myself an email from my btinternet account. That came into gmail. A friend has sent me an email to gmail address. That also came in.

So by a process of elimination, it looks as if it's O2 related??.

Just for info, Gmail is on my Note 8. Also via Outlook on my PC (set up in 2 separate accounts ie btinternet and gmail)

Just checking if anyone else is having the same issue?

Moderate Spamming also not tolerated, it seems. Ah well, full duck or no dinner.

It's been fine lately using Hotmail.  PM's and notifications are all being sent to my inbox as they should, but I can't help checking the junk folder just in case.  Fingers crossed  that it's fixed permanently.

I got a correct email into my inbox today using Microsoft Office so fingers crossed 🤞

As I said before, my emails to both addresses come in via Outlook. Since the filter was applied as per @gmarkj's advice, all has been well with me.

As I said earlier, the supposed fix didn`t work so put the filter [thanks to @pgn ] back and no probs since

Hey guys, just wanted to check how you're doing with this at the moment as a few days have passed - have you noticed things improving now or is O2 still going to spam? If still going to spam, I would need the same type of details I asked via PM before to pass on again that I did earlier, so they can have another look at the issue.

I personally have had no problems using Hotmail for a few days now.  

I have to wonder though considering we've all been having problems to a varying degree how many people's reward notifications actually ended up in their junk folders.   If they don't know to check then perhaps quite a few have gone unnoticed.    Just a thought.

@BobM  Also their bill. Mine went into spam even after I had sorted the rest of it out. The bill is generated from a different O2 address.
