Hi I got a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge today from the O2 store.
Once I got home, I went to open it and noticed that the seal had been broken.
On opening the box I noticed that there was a finger print on the box.
I was annoyed at first, then checked everything else and everything seems ok...
I I set the phone up etc and thought it will be ok.
However now it is bugging me, got the phone 3 days before release and why was it opened?!?!
On the seal it says "Do not accept if seal is broken. Caution sealed package. If seal has been broken or tampered with, do not give clear receipt unless contents are examined in presence or delivering agent".
It is really annoying me now, I may take it back and cancel the contract as in 14 day period; unless they give me another handset which is sealed!
What do you think?

Update on the broken seal issues, I'm waiting for my second replacement S7 edge after the first one had a broken seal, just contacted O2 about a delivery date on my second replacement, they said O2 are aware of the broken seal problem and she told me it's happening in transit with the courier, how can that happen, the phones in a bag, the box wasn't scrapped, marked or damaged so how was the seal broken, one other thing, the actual bag was open as well, the courier told me he had to get into it to put a delivery note inside the bag, this wasn't the same with my original first phone which everything was intact. Anyway since my first S7 was faulty to today they have credited my account by £20.00 but that only covers me for the 2nd hand O2 phone I had to buy on Saturday for £24.00, not a happy bunny.

Hi guys,
O2 and Samsung are currently investigating the cause of the broken seals on the S7 packaging. I will update this thread when I have more information but there is nothing to indicate tampering at this time.
