Galaxy S7 seal broken

Hi I got a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge today from the O2 store.

Once I got home, I went to open it and noticed that the seal had been broken.

On opening the box I noticed that there was a finger print on the box.

I was annoyed at first, then checked everything else and everything seems ok...

I I set the phone up etc and thought it will be ok.

However now it is bugging me, got the phone 3 days before release and why was it opened?!?!

On the seal it says "Do not accept if seal is broken. Caution sealed package. If seal has been broken or tampered with, do not give clear receipt unless contents are examined in presence or delivering agent".

It is really annoying me now, I may take it back and cancel the contract as in 14 day period; unless they give me another handset which is sealed!

What do you think?

Guess what people, 2 replacement S7 edge's, 2 broken seals, over a week without a phone, not a happy bunny.

DPD sent the replacement phones, bag open and seal broken, UKMail sent the first one which was intact. Was told the phone would arrive on Friday, then was told it would be Monday, received a text from DPD saying it was today. Already bought a 2nd hand O2 phone to cover me and also took Friday off work, I don't usually swear and I'm not going to start on here but I could use all the swear words for this phone, thought the customer was always right???

Cancel and go instore so you can inspect the box.... or change network. They are getting phones back and just sending them out again!

Just angry jonsie, I've had over 2 grand worth of phones in the past week and it's still going on, asked if I could pick one up from a shop and they said no I can't. I've been told to ring up on Monday and I should have it by Tuesday, of course I will! Sorry for calling you a woman before, the mind plays tricks.

He will still keep in touch from Thailand @gindygoo He has for years.. so no problems with that
