OK, so it's easy then....
1 - Phone MUST be unlocked
2 - Download firmware from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=26516
3 - Flash with Odin http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/HOW-TO-A-Guide-to-using-Odin/m-p/46346...

Binary no but as I mentioned earlier it could trip the knox fuse.

I guess with Samsung KNOX, people will think twice before flashing just any old ROM they find on the internet. XDA do light-weight versions based on Touchwiz....in fact, this is what is on my Samsung GS2. At the moment, it is sitting there doing nothing with an Orange SIM in it.
