Anyone else getting frustrated with the lack of info for note 4 release date on O2. Come on O2 give us a clue, sick of seeing all the apple comments when what we want is a real phone 😄

I have my itunes playlists (only thing from apple I haven't had a problem with) uploaded to google play music service. I then use an app called musicmate which allows me to download my google play music directly to my phone. (not hidden if downloaded within the google play music app)

another +1 for Poweramp as it's by far the best music player for audio quality.

I'm using media monkey for music at the moment but I may well try Poweramp

Interestingly, I don't use poweramp anymore, the stock Walkman app (always been meh prior) is better sounding than poweramp now because of the audio upscale and tweaked enhancements.

I usually refer to walkman app as the sony default music app, I assume you mean the stock music player on the note 4?

I have to say I've not tried stock music player or poweramp on my note 4 yet, still not moved my micro sd in it yet with all my music, I'll give it a whirl later tonight

Well the rubbish customer service Continues. Just chased delivery of my black note 4 to be told that I am now being sent a white one! To rectify I need to cancel my order but they can't now honour the same deal I had over the phone on Saturday so will cost me more. Was told to "put a black case on it" and "be happy with a good deal". O2 are a joke. Especially as they have no stock and back order on white, yet black in stock. I ORDERED BLACK but apparently I am ungrateful for a deal that has the cs rep being "dealt with". she was great and retained a customer that was leaving. I think writing is on the wall for O2 your network is not great so keep customers with good service. Lose this usp and EE will eat you.

P.S I am taking this as far as I can including ombudsmen. I know it's trivial but I checked 3 times during the verbal order. I just don't want them to get away with such arrogant cheek.

tbh I wouldn't be happy either.
It can't be that difficult to sort out between 2 colours, surely....?

You would think. Apparently they have to cancel the consumer credit agreement and start again. They had to seek special approval after the mistake was made (£5 line rental discount for over 6 years custom) and the agent is being dealt with. Discount was given because I used to have good signal and over last 2 years have slowly regressed to tugo only indoors. Agent was great at recognising I was leaving and turned it around. A great member of staff is taking it from a terrible manager for great service. Such a shame. Just swap the colour o2. I use it in client meetings it has to be black. But black is not worth £140 over 2 years.
