OK, thanks. Sounds straightforward. Is it best putting it on the phone or the micro card? I'm thinking phone and then back it up on cloud? Sorry for all the questions.

Either mate, I have it on the micro sd. It's backed up to Google music and to the PC so I don't need it backed up anywhere else.

Thanks for the advise.
I'm not sure what to do now. Initially when I called O2 before I upgraded the lady said I should be able to get a good deal on the phone since I've been a loyal customer. When I called to upgrade, I just got the same deal that everyone else gets and they weren't able to offer any more. The tariff I took had no up front cost and is £43 per month for 2 years - unlimited calls and texts and 2gb of data. I have seen another deal that really appeals to me. Carphone warehouse are offering £59.99 for the phone up front cost and then £38.99 per month - unlimited calls and texts and 4gb of data. That is through EE network. Now, I don't think I'm gonna be using anywhere near 4gb of data however, over the 2 years this deal still works out nearly £40 cheaper then what O2 have offered and carphone warehouse are giving me more. On top of that, I can get the 2 for 1 cinema tickets at my local cinema each Wednesday. I just called O2 there and they are still unable to offer me anything more. I have been a loyal customer for a few years now, but I'm now thinking I should look after myself more and cancel it and take CW offer. What do you think? Thanks.

Changing networks is always a difficult choice. As long as you get good coverage with EE then saving money or getting more for your money is never a bad option.
I have a P&G sim in my Note 4 simply because my conntract sim is a legacy unlimited data but doesn't include 4G.
I'm on the big bundle and 4G coverage is at best patchy in my area at the moment although further work on the masts is due this week.
However, I put in an EE sim last night, 3bars of 4G coverage in all the rooms in my house and outside and for the same £15/month I can get an extra 1gb data and extra 200 mins with unlimited texts. It's a no-brainer for me and when the big bundle runs out on the 17th I will be porting the number to EE.
