Anyone else getting frustrated with the lack of info for note 4 release date on O2. Come on O2 give us a clue, sick of seeing all the apple comments when what we want is a real phone 😄

I've just had a chat with O2 asking if they have any idea if they would have any for launch (online/store) but keep on being directed to register my details on their website. Grrrr

So what's my best option for getting the Note 4 with my o2 refresh tariff?

I was hoping I could upgrade online ready for a delivery on Friday, or go direct to the store Friday Morning (If I can get time off work)

They will be stocking it but I'm sure we will hear nothing until launch day. Poor show O2!

I guessing the best chance of us Refresh guys is to pop into an O2 shop on Thursday and see if they've had any delivered for the 17th. Otherwise if ordered online we'll probably have to wait until next week for delivery.

I've just spoken to my local O2 on the phohne and they 'should be' in for Fridays Launch.

Surely They've got to let you upgrade online a day or two before release date, banking on getting an early version of the note 4 meaning I get generic BTU firmware and no o2 bloatware.

Sorry all - trust me, I know how you're feeling... I want my hands on that shiny new Note 4 too, just as much as the rest of you. I also love my pre-orders - I'm terrible when it comes to new xbox games.

Sometimes we're able to work with vendors to offer pre-orders (Z3, S5, iPhone etc), but other times pre-orders may not be possible - wether it's down to vendor/network commitments, timescales, projected stock, logistics... There's many things that could affect such a decision.

At this stage in time I would suggest being ready to order online or in-store once the device is officially launched, which we currently don't have a date I can advise of. I know you've already heard it, but please register here for updates to be notified when it becomes available > https://www.o2.co.uk/getupdates

If you want it "on the day", store would be your best option - Feel free to check on stock ahead of your visit by finding your local store details here > http://www.o2.co.uk/storelocator

My contract is up on the 1st nov. Will I be able to upgrade my phone over the phone on Friday? I was told that because of loyalty points or something I may be offered a good deal if I call them and upgrade as oppose to doing it online. This correct?
