Free wireless headphones and ear buds

Bought s20 and it said free wireless headphones and earbuds. Got a leaflet for the earbuds but how do i claim the headphones. Cannot ever get connected to live chat and cannot find any information about the headphones.

Yes but that is just to claim the earbuds. What about the headphones?

I've only known Samsung to offer 1 accessory with their promotions. Give Samsung a call (the promotion has nothing to do with O2)

@Wayne83 I think the way Samsung has worded the offer has made you misinterpret the description. The headphones are called 'Wireless Galaxy Buds+'. As @Cleoriff has said, this is an issue you would need to take up with Samsung, as it's entirely their offer.
