I got my new S7 edge in March this year.
Last week I noticed that the phone is no longer fast charging.
If the phone is almost dead it gives me an estimate of up to 8hours for it to be fully charged.
I have changed the cables. I have even bought new cables and it is not working with the cable that came with the charger or any other cable.
Any ideas?

A fast charger for me is ok as an emergency but on the Note 4 I went through 2 new batteries. I now use a normal charger.

My husband has the S6 and uses the fast charger all the time without any issues at all...

No. He disconnects as soon as it's fully charged. As do I with my Note 4....

Way to go.....
I tend to leave it on overnight after been assured by Samsung that it stops charging when full then trickle charges.
No problem now, the Note 4 is no doubt being enjoyed by the criminal underworld!
