Early upgrade rule UNFAIR

I havent been able to get anywhere explaining my problem on the phone so I thought i'd try here... I am so annoyed!

I am totally fine with taking a two year contract out with a phone that will last the test of those   2 years of time - but the problem is my  HTC Sensation hasn't! Its absolutely rubbish and is barey fit for purpose, especially considering the amount of money it costs me. Yet I'm stuck with it because of these draconian contracts!! I dont want leave o2, I would even like to pay them MORE, i just don't want this phone anymore. Does anyone have any advice, as this is driving me mad.

TIA

O

Pay off the remaining months of your current contract and start a new one.

Actually yes, i have, but its not me who wants a new phone. If its faulty, get it fixed.

As you are still in contract you won't need any paperwork.
