Hi,

I cracked my screen on my samsung galaxy yesterday, and now my phone won't work. What are my options?

Hi @noel1

Have you got insurance? If so does it cover screen damage?

If not I would suggest you give Samsung a ring and see what they say re cost of repair. Far better than sending it back to O2 repairers

Some of the latest phones came with free screen replacement check your MyO2 for the bolt on.

Check home insurance and bank accounts too as you may be covered for accidental damage on those.

I am sure Samsung will give you the best advice (and price) regarding the replacement @noel1

Give them a call and see what they say...They will make a better job of repairing your device. They are the experts after all. Best of luck and welcome to the forum Welcome

If you get it repaired or replaced then please get yourself a good sturdy case and a screen protector.
