Cannot receive text messages

Hi, I can sent messages OK, but I'm not receiving any at all.  Can anyone help??

First thing is to turn phone off and back on again. Whilst phone is off, take out sim card and give it a wipe with a clean cloth.
See if it's fixed....?

Welcome to the forum. Can you tell us a bit more? What type of phone have you got and how long have you had this problem?

What phone?

Have you got a signal?

Can you make calls and receive texts etc......?

I have a samsung S4 mini

i can text make calls i cant receive text messages

Try wiping your sim card first in case there is a build up of static and also check for any reported network issues here http://status.o2.co.uk/

Also check the settings from within your message app to make sure you haven't blocked any of your contacts from sending text messages.
