I've had my android smart phone for nearly a year now and I have been unable to get picture sent or received on my phone and have been unable to use my 3G aswell.. I'm on pay and go and have sent active to 2020 several times. I really need a hand with sorting my phone out, it's becoming unbearable and I can not afford to replace it again as I am a student. Any advise is appreciative.

I'm sure if you popped into an O2 store or a Carphone Warehouse or a Phones4U someone would help you get your phone set up properly.

You need to check that data is turned on and your settings are as those in jonsie's post here:
