Blocking a user

Hello

 

I am not a 02 user - I am on another network - but I am trying to contact a 02 user. I am beginning to think that this user has blocked me because when I send texts I get no reply and, when I make calls (at whatever time of day I ring - 2am, 8am, 12 noon, 4pm, etc), I am not able to get through. If I am blocked, what is the type of tone or response I would normally hear in my handset from the 02 phone?

Would seem to be blocked then @SteveH1 

Either accidentally or deliberately.

It would go directly to voicemail if voicemail was turned on, otherwise you would get a not in service tone or message.

If you think they may have blocked you by accident, you could try to send a message via WhatsApp or Messenger etc

Many thanks MI5. I doubt voicemail is on. When I ring - whatever time of the day - I get the engaged tone.
