If you check sammobile, basically everyone, including those who live in swamps and mud huts, have Android 10 on the S10/S10+.  No sign on O2 yet.

What is your major malfunction in getting updates out, O2?

Check out my Software Updates Q&A here, which goes into some detail around how updates work, some of the processes involved, and why release dates may differ from network to network, country to country. Hopefully it helps clear some things up.

That said though, the Android 10 One UI 2.0 update for S10 devices has been approved on our end already and we're just awaiting Samsung scheduling this to be pushed out to O2 devices, which we anticipate will happen within the next week or so at most.
