Activate a dual Sims phone

I have a duel Sims Acer Liquid z2. I have activated one Sim but having probs. with the 02 one. It says call 248 done, enter the 19 digit number starting with 8944, as soon as I start the number it says the number is not recognised and starts the messsage again I have tried entering 8944 then the following digits no, I have also tried the following 4 but it is having none of it plus it has taken almost £2.0 off my other Sims for the privilege of it!! Help please

If your having trouble activating your 02 Sim Card you could ring Customer Services.

The SIM card could also be faulty.

It has been reported on here that dual sim phones are not supported by o2 and can be dificult to register the sim

That's interesting, it might be worth checking with MI5 as I'm sure he has one.

I don't know if he uses an O2 sim though.

I believe he is now on Orange (or it could be Voda).
