Hi does anyone know what happened to the old 02 icon its the one that had all the 02 service's numbers ie customer care ect mine disappeared last week ?????
All the contact numbers should be on your sim card.

Go into your contacts them press menu >contacts to display. Select sim contacts and see if they show up? Did you change from PAYG to contract sim at all ?
