Good morning gentlefolk! For several hours now I have been unable to connect to O2 Community or indeed other O2 web pages using my S4 via wifi. Other websites load fine. According to the Live Status Checker there are no network problems yet my mobile eventually displays a message saying it cannot display a page because the relevant server did not send any data. All too technical for me. (Please don't suggest I do a hard rest whatever that is - it all looks too complicated and I don't want to risk losing data etc.).
If i switch off wifi and use 3G everything seems ok. I hate it when things don't work!!!
Yours in confusion and grumpiness,
Gerry

If you were to use Chrome on both your PC/Laptop and phone your bookmarks would sync automatically and never be lost

@adamtemp64 @bandofbrothers Wifi working fine on PC which I am using at the moment to post here. Also wif ok on phone when I connect to other sites such as Google search, Amazon, Wikipedia etc. Also wifi is ok when I check my email via my S4. All most peculiar. I did reset my BT Hiome Hub router just in case - but no problems evident as regards ISP.
I have also switched off phone, removed and reinserted SIM and SD cards.

Thanks @MI5 I have already done that (and lost all my bookmarks Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr) . When I try to view topics from the O2 Community I get "We could not retrieve the feed at this time" Eh? Are you not feeding those people in the backoffice?
I give up. Will try to find something to occupy my grasshopper brain this afternoon. Anything, but ANYTHING other than watching 22 eejits kicking a lump of simulated leather up and down a well manicured field to the accompaniment of an inane commentary and relentless slow motion replays of inconsequential events from every concevable angle. (Did you guess I am not a football fan?)

Firefox has that facility as well and doesn't share information as far as I am aware.
