Well looks like things got moving after I spoke to o2 complaints team
transfer is on the way deposit disappeared from balance,

First request I made was on 11 of june but couple days later I was told new request been made so is another 7 days just not make sens for me

rich out to me but after asking security question also vanish, I i decided to ring o2 well they saying deposit been procces today it will take up to 7 days I was told same thing on 11 then 13 and today 20 , I was getting upset at some point but now this make me laugh, How long can we go, I dont know what happen to this company so many bad reviews, Before this happend I tho they one of the best.......
