i'm struggling to get deposit back to my bank account

Hi, I requested my deposit back to bank account I dont know what the issue is but they taking long first email I got 

You've requested for the refund amount on your bill, to be transferred
to your bank account however that has still not gone through.
 
Would request you to please contact us back on webchat between 8am to
8pm any day and we shall re-confirm the details and place a request for
this amount to be moved to your bank account.
 
I contact then then another 7-10 days 
I just dont know what to do please help

Well looks like things got moving after I spoke to o2 complaints team

transfer is on the way deposit disappeared from balance,
