hi just created an account and order a new contract but my email address is created wrong which id like to correct it

Just create a new account with the correct email.

The wrong one will be deleted if not verified.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
