Worst customer service ever

I've been waiting now for 2 weeks for someone to contact me after being through ever available channel and method they offer for customer support. They've told me they will be calling several times now. 
What the heck am I supposed to do? Contact the ombudsmen?

Resolver, part way down the page is said to get results, but you may get advertising stuff from them afterwards

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Please follow the suggestion made by @Enlli and lodge a formal complaint. O2 will only address their customer services' deficiencies if they are either inundated with complaints or are faced with a mass exodus of customers.
