Hi O2 Community. My daughter has arrived in Toronto Canada and cannot make calls or send texts when she connects to any of the local providers, despite Volt O2 Travel Inclusive Zone being active on her phone?

Is 5G selected? Is 4G Calling activated? Is her Roaming set to On? Call O2, use Social Media to check she has no bar active. If an iPhone, change APN to mobile.o2.co.uk.
Then manually scan for networks. Also make sure Flight Mode is disabled. Just a few tips, @Michelle-23.
