Was on pay as you go monthly then had a call with someone from o2 landed up getting stuck in a 2year contract for 2 sims with 02 business  my contract ends on the 3/4/24 and want to get a pack code for one sim and the other back on pay as you go

@Coolio Sounds like you had a call from Aerial Direct, who are one of O2's so called 'trusted partners'. If that's a correct guess, do a search on the community pages and you will see stories of nightmare scenarios with this despicable company. You are probably now a part of that.
