Redeeming Disney Extra

I have 7 days left to redeem the Disney + extra, but when I press redeem nothing happens. I leave it a while and go back onto my account, nothing has changed is this a common issue?

Resolved! Travelling to Australua

The £6 bolt on per day seems excessive to me - I am in a contract but can I just take my sim out and replace with Australian payg sim?

i have been an o2 customer for many years and still am paying my contracts with no issues. However my credit rating is really low due to a £9 default from 2019. I have phoned o2 and been in to the bank and no one seems to be able to help? o2 checked ...

Cant see account information

Whenever I log into my O2 account it only shows my son’s phone number and all of his account details and not mine how do I see my information?

Mobile Dats

Just back from a weekend in Gdansk and was unable to use mobile data on my iPhone 13. I could only use the phone when I was connected to the internet by signing in when I was somewhere it was available
