I currently have a £57 month contract that runs until August 2025. My phone has been playing up so decided to firstly go through O2. They tell me to go through the third party but it turns out the administrators have taken over. They have just come back to say in a number of words tough we can't do anything. So who do I go to sort this mess out an sort my phone. Any help appreciated

Contact the manufacturer of your phone for warranty repairs or local repair shops if out of warranty.
O2 will charge anyway for out of warranty repairs.
