Hi people I can't get into my o2 app even though I know my login details can some one help me please and thankyou 🙂

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app

Instead try the web version 

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall 

If none of that works then 

You can call O2 on 202

I rarely use the App. I have a Web shortcut on my homescreen, just as quick and better than the App which is missing many features
