IM HARD OF HEARING HENCE THE EMIL. IM LATE WITH MY BILLS DUE TO BEING OUT OF WORK DUE TO ILLNESS. IM NOW CLAIMING ESA BENIFET. I DONT WANT MY ACCOUNT TO THE DEBT RECOVERY TEAM. I WOULD LIKE TO MKAE A REPYMENT PLAN TO PAY OFF MY BILLS. I CAN PAY 10.00 PER WEEK FROM MONDAY 23RD NOVEMBER 2020. WOULD THIS BE OK. I UNDERSTAND MY SERVICES WILL BE RESTRICTED. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN PAY IT FOR NOW. I WILL TRY AND PAY MY FUTURE BILLS. I CAN MAKE PAYMENTS ONLINE VIA ACCOUNT. CAN U LEASE REPLY.

This isn't O2, it's a community forum. You do need to contact O2 and ask for the payment management team to talk about a repayment plan.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.
