Which document do I use as proof of purchase I can't find an invoice only pre contract information or is that okay to use

Check under 'recent orders' in My O2

Document should be there

Do I just screenshot it as there is no download option I can see

Try a long press on the document in My O2

See if you get the download option

Or use a PC and open the document, you should see the download option there

I used to take a photo of the receipt but I was on the new system this time so I just screenshotted the order page in the app as it appeared to be detailed enough. Fingers crossed it's accepted.

Very disappointed that the blue watch wasn't selectable.

Google with the Fold offered all the variants (Watch 1), but think they know that the Blue variants are very popular, so have removed it... 

Google can be very ****** about the Pre Order proof, as it took me 3 attempts, and the best thing to use is the email from o2 when you placed the order, which has all the information on it, as they want to see dates..
