Hello

I would like to ask…

I have SIM card only unlimited data contract which will end next year.

I found out that I’m using 110GB average monthly so I looking lower my tariff and change contract for 250GB data.
is it possible to do it ?

3 days I’m trying to contact O2 service but nobody answer phone. I tried to use live chat but absolutely no help.
They just sending me from App to website and back from website to app.
I have no idea how to contact O2 and ask questions.

Thank you for replying.
But what about fees and outstanding balance, because I will start new contract so that’s mean I will break old contract.

You are not Upgrading, just changing your Tariff, @Luki777 - you may lose some functionality, eg if your current tariff offered Plus Plan benefits, but not a new contract so no unwieldy costs:

If you are not offered a suitable replacement as you are on Unlimited, you will need to call O2 on 202 at around 08:10am in the morning. Good luck!

Take a look here - seems your case is similar: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-As-You-Go/Sim-only-tariff-change/m-p/1600031/highlight/true#M29017

And in your MyO2, going to the "Upgrade" path will tell you if you have a penalty to pay to leave your current SIMO early, @Luki777 - good luck!
