Please make sure that you copy an paste the code rather than entering it manually.
There have been reports of issues around circles - is it a numeric zero, a capital "O" or a lower case "o" ?

Tried it , it still won’t be accepted. Not going to let this go because they call you but you can’t speak to a human!

Agreed @Steve12345. you have already been provided with our guide by @jonsie. Mine was an off-chance comment as one or two folks have mentioned on this forum that they had entered the code incorrectly. 😀
