Just checked the link and recommends I contact the social media team but it just brings me back to this site. The error message when I enter tge code is VMS (Voucher Management System) is not available currently. Please try again later. Been doingvthus for days now

Trying to do this over the Christmas Weekend is not the best time, as it is when IT do system upgrades and changes..
The only option is to call the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255 and see if they can help.. No one on here can help

When the system is up and running again, please try to enter your code by copying and pasting it.
There have been a couple of reports on here of codes being rejected when, for example, a circle has been entered incorrectly - was it a numeric zero, a capital "O" or a lower case "o" ?
