Still want to see the tariffs, 08.00 is not good for me but if knew exactly what I wanted to order would make it a load easier, surely it would make the process easier for O2 as it would make each order swift as most will know what they want when phoning or going online

From O2 directly, yes as it's all they do now. Non refresh can be had from CPW though....

I think the best way to pre-order is gonna be by phone or using the chat service. Ordering online is just gonna crash the website due to the thousands trying to all order!!!
