Having the exact same issue, customer service told me yesterday Wednesday they had sent the correct number to DPD after a failed delivery as I didn’t get the pin. I’ve no idea what the number is DPD have guessing it’s a very old number, you’d think they’d use the number I put in as I ordered.. ye know my contract number that I have with them. So today I got my time slot quickly contacted o2 and was like before this parcel comes can you double check the number is correct, they said yup all correct with DPD.. evening comes DPD arrives and of course still the wrong number away it goes again, spent an hour on the phone and their system wouldn’t let them remove this old number and have said DPD will be back tomorrow they’ve sent the number and email and I’ve to HOPE its done in time for my delivery slot tomorrow. Literally give up with it, most stupid thing why would it not be texted to the number o2 text me on?! Can’t even log in the DPD app with the old number cause I’d need a text. Just getting nowhere and ready to cancel.

Nothing yet, mine was supposed to be on the 2-week delay.
Waiting on iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB in NT.

I used to originally have my contracts with O2, but because of the messing about on launches, I changed to Vodafone... but 4 years ago then had same problems with them, and had to wait until end of Oct, even though I ordered on pre order for launch day and was promised It on the launch day.
So then I changed to Apple which was 2 years ago, this was a perfect pre order and I had it day of Launch.
This year I thought I’d try O2 again as I get discount with them, when doing my pre order it kept crashing, when eventually got through it was on the day after launch… upto 3 week wait.
Then last weekend GiffGaff had stock and it was so frustrating seeing they had stock and it slowly diminishing… knowing I could cancel and get it from GiffGaff, which also worked out cheaper… but I decided to stick with my order with O2.

If I’ve an order number, and paid the upfront charge… am I guaranteed to get it at some point?
Hoping it’s within the 3 weeks they told me, which was 2 weeks ago

Is the estimated wait time is from the launch date rather than the date we pre-ordered? I always took it as from the date the phone launched.

Ordered the 16PM 256 black on the 13th finally got some movement tonight of part of your order has shipped so got everything crossed it should not be too much longer

giffgaff's stock doesn't come out of o2's stock, as they are a separate company under Telefonica and not part of the VMo2 tie up (yet.. all depends on what o2 do with PAYG)
EE, Voda and Three as well as Apple and other retailers are in the same boat this year.,.
You will be in the queue to get it at some point in the next few weeks, no one on here can tell you when

When I placed my order said up to three weeks then the Sunday before the launch said up to a week but my app always said after that up to two so I have no idea

Not sure if anyone is still waiting for theirs delivered to the store but just been in my local one tonight and the guy said it’s lucky I got mine home delivery because it looks like they won’t be getting any into the store for a while
