Small update this evening, moved from 'Placed' to 'The order is currently in transit and cannot be cancelled.'
Not sure what that means, but maybe delivered tomorrow....expecting the worst and hoping for the best.

So it looks like they're following the same pattern from last year of Tuesdays and Thursday nights for orders to be processed. If your order was supposed to be delivered on 20th then maybe it's a 6 day delay on top of the estimated delivery time...

I can’t even get into the My O2 app… I try and it says not available to me at the moment… I then click to go to the page, and it then takes me to the O2 WiFi… I scroll down to the bottom and click Track Order… and it tells me to go to the My O2 app … just going around in circles

Use their website is 100x more reliable. Just go to My O2 on their website and log in.

I can log in but no change on my order, still says processing and 2-weeks wait.

I log in, but there’s nothing… at bottom it says Track Order… I click that and it asks me to go to the app and use that
