Got a notification last night at 9pm that my orders been dispatched. Received it 11am this morning. There’s still hope guys! Hang in there then this thread will be dead!

FYI ordered 10am on 14th | 16PM BT 256gb

was told upto 3 weeks… with 2 days left of that. 🤞🏻

O2 show some phones wait upto 2 weeks, but most models showing as over 4 week wait 😮

I’m not getting anywhere… I ring shop and can’t tell me anything, I ring CS and they tell me they will activate my account and they haven’t. They tell me phone order is fine though but may take another week, said they don’t really know when stock will be in to send out to shops for the click and collect orders

Is it normal for my switch up to not have been delivered yet when I sent it on Tuesday?

It seems most people get email/txt notifications in the early morning, about their delivery or pick ups

Anyone know how shop orders for click and collect work?

Do I get a message when it’s on its way to the shop?

do I only get a message when it’s at the shop for collection?

Spoke to O2 on phone, they said my phone was due to be sent out the end of sept, but there’s nothing was a hold up in the warehouse. 
They said it’s in transit, but could take another week or two… and to call them the end of next week for an update, if I haven’t had it.

Wonder if that’s the warehouse migration that people have talked about, which has caused delays?

what’s weird though is that if it’s in transit now after the warehouse issue, why would it take 1-2 weeks… as surely the O2 warehouse is in uk, and wouldn’t take 1-2 weeks to go from warehouse to shop
