I got no tracking info at all! Now walking to o2 store to get my 16pm 256GB silver! I got text & email that it’s arrived so hopefully it’s there

Webpage takes me to o2 WiFi settings, I scroll down and click track order, and it takes me to a screen where you select tracking for new members, existing members ect… I click that tracking link and it sends me back to the o2 WiFi settings page

I ordered 14th around 10am and was also told the same, I store for collection upto 3 weeks. Not heard anything since. Paid the upfront and had the order number on day of doing order, and that’s it… can’t even get into the My O2 app

Something is going on as if I go to https://www.o2.co.uk 

 

The click on myo2 then login to my account, then click on the drop down called myo2 then under that is orders.. 


Dont use your phone, use a laptop or if you need to use a phone then use an private tab

I don’t get a drop down menu at the top.

Along the top it says Shop, Help, My O2. 

I click My O2, and it’s the same… takes me to log in screen and then back to the WiFi screen again.

 

ive tried safari on my phone and now chrome using incognito.
