I dont trust the online SwitchUp process like lots of others its better done in store, where you know its all done, and if owt happens to the phone in transit its all on o2.. 

 

Nice @Rog22 the normal 16's are nice, I think when it quietens down the wife will do a switch up to on, but she prefers green 

 

I got an AW Ultra 2 so no need to buy a new watch this time :slight_smile:

I think our wires are crossed, when you said the below I thought you meant you have to do it in-store! 😁

 

The switch up process for pre ordered phones is different, I have just done a switch up pre order in a store. They do look at the phone and submit the condition, however once you collect your new phone you then have to post it off

Yeah same here, even paid the £1 upfront deposit. (Switching up).  Let’s hope it sorts itself out soon

@madasaf1sh the reason I went to store was because I was under the impression they did everything regarding the switch up however because it is a pre order they don’t, they have checked the phone, answered the questionnaire however because it’s a pre order once you go into store and collect the phone you have to send the phone off in the post. That’s what they have said in the store anyway.

 

@garetc yes I think we have wires crossed haha

Never had to post anything back at my local store even on pre-orders... and even when the wife did hers a month back it was the same, so most be different in some bigger stores.. 

 

@CyberScy 

 

The £1 applies to all upgrades now which includes Switchup..

Yeh the normal 16s are really nice this year. Hopefully the blue one won’t sell out by the time I get on because I think that colour may be one of the most popular this year for the normal 16s. Yeh the ultra 2 is a great watch, I had it on my wrist briefly, the normal 10 will do me for now however 😁
