The is also a big element of luck in how quickly you get your handset. If you take the four iterations of iPhone, the various storage options and the various colour options, there must be maybe thirty-odd different stock units. If you happen to order one that your chosen store has in stock - bingo ! But if your chosen version is out of stock, you are then playing a waiting game.

If your phone hasn't arrived if you ordered between 15-20 September, contact Customer Service. I spoke with them today and they got it sent out, I suppose it depends on the agent you have. But I say keep trying until you hit the jackpot with the agent.

Funnily enough I got my ready to collect text yesterday and am typing this on my new pro max! This variant is showing as in stock for next day delivery for anyone after similar or the same!

Ordered on 16th after trying all day on the 15th. 15 Pro Max NT 256gb. Estimated collection date of today. Low and behold I receive an email this morning “your order is out of stock!” How long after receiving this have people been receiving their orders?

Finally have a despatch notice received for my pro max white titanium 1TB ordered on 16th after issues with the o2 site on the 15th.

Placed an upgrade order for another 512GB in Blue... Upto 1 week for delivery... My O2 is saying we are sorting out your upgrade order, but I cant see the order in 'My Orders' - anyone came across that before? Email all confirmed with order number etc.

You wont see it in My O2 until you get the dispatch email. Hope that happens soon.
