So it looks like A LOT of EE customers started receiving despatch notifications last night. Any O2 customers had the same yet or are we still waiting?

Still waiting😢 spoke to o2 customer services yesterday and they said 4 weeks until delivery. Hopefully it is before then.🙏 you get a different answer every time you speak to someone

When did you order if you don't mind me asking? And what model

@fletch89 Tried from 1 onwards but system kept bouncing me out. So finally managed to order around 8ish on the 15th September and had the email to say delivery on 22nd September. But then woke up to text message on the 22nd September saying it was delayed out of stock and would be with me soon. Then no other correspondence unless I contacted them. I ordered a iPhone pro max 256gb blue titanium. Then every time I contact them being told different delivery estimates. 
What about yourself?

ordered on pre-order day about 2:30 PM - after many many tries since 1PM , 1TB Iphone 15 Pro Max 1TB Blue out for delivery today - if that helps anyone with timelines.

@7zark7 congrats on your new phone. Hopefully the rest of us won’t be to far behind you. Can I ask did you receive any correspondence after your order was placed ? Apart from the confirmation email of the order.

Just to say it was out of stock almost straight away after I ordered - I have not been in contact since to hurry the order.

Just spoke to o2 customer services and have been told that I should receive it by Friday. 🙏 and look out for DPD or DHL notifications.
