Ordered an iPhone 11 last week as it states they currently are in stock on the website. After waiting for a week with no communication whatsoever from o2, I thought I'd check with customer service. Turns out they currently have no stock, they do not know when they will have stock again but they hope I will not have to wait too long. Wow. Helpful

best idea - contact your local store and see if they have any.
failing that, 3rd party retailers may have some and might work out cheaper if you don't mind missing refresh...
