On Tuesday 30 October, Apple held a special event in which they announced new Macbook's & Mac Mini's. They also unveiled two brand new iPad's which are their best ones yet, and which mark the biggest change to iPad since, well, iPad.
The new iPad Pro's will be available to pre-order on O2 from this Friday, 2 November, on the links below.

You can actually take your i pad to Apple Store and exchange it there as it is within Apple Warranty. Just show your prrof of purchase and they will exchange it right there and then. No need to wait for useless o2!!
I am still waiting for mine and they keep telling me i have to wait till the 6th December though on website it states it will be available in 1 week!!

Apple Store will only replace with a Referbished replacment OR one allocated for replacments only.
This means a 10-14 day wait for someone to return or wait for one to be referbished first. They would not give me one of the new ones from their retail stock.
Fastest way was to return to o2 for a NEW replacement, if in stock, o2 will do a swap on delivery, just give the driver the old one.
So have returned mine to o2 and just have to wait 1 week for the 512gb 11 space grey to come in to stock.
Mine had pink lines on the screen and just switched off and would not come back on, anyone else has that?
i was looking at one in the o2 shop when i asked for help (they refused btw) and the ipad pro 11 seems to be very easy to break, if you hold it with 2 fingers and press, there seems to be space where you could easily press the sreen down to touch the back of it.

All pushed out to over 4 weeks again. Looks like another o2 orders getting low let’s adjust the timeline to get more even though we can’t... and when they ask give them same nonsense about not knowing when we will get stock BS.
Truely abysmal company. Supposed to be a big player in UK market but is way behind the opposition.
@Norwichred wrote:512GB and 256GB slate grey 12.9s now changed from 1-2 weeks to “up to a week” so looking even more promising for next week.
all other 12.9s stuck at 4-6 weeks.

Well, one would HOPE (if they’re half way decent) that they knew they were getting stock in this week and now have sold that stock.
one would HOPE.
i screenshotted it though just in case.

Thats odd because i was with my girlfriend when i went to apple store with her and she got her i pad from o2 and Apple just asked to see proof of purchase and she got a brand new replacement right there and then on the spot.
1 year warranty is covered by Apple and thats why they dealt with it. Also because o2 advised us to take it to apple store.
Well hope you get your issue fixed.

As for the replacing them in apple stores I had a contract phone develop a speck of dust in the lens, think it was a 5 series and they replaced it straight away in apple store even though it was out of warranty and when they ran a check on it CPW had sourced it from outside Britain!
However, they have changed recently. My partner’s last phone (a 6S) had the comms module pack up leaving nothing working at all, and apple refused to touch it as it was 18 months old. Luckily Vodafone offer a two year warranty on all contract phones so they repaired it.
as for the iPads, those of us who have 12.9 256 or 512GB space grey I would say would be lucky this week.
The fact that O2 have updated the delivery on their website fills me with optimism. The fact that the site is updating dynamically I would say means that they did have stock but have now sold them. There would be no other explanation on that stock changing and no others.

I too ordered my new iPad Pro 12.9 2018 model on the 9th November and so far I have not even been given a rough date or even a courtesy update!? I read that some people are saying 4 weeks? But why are others getting it so much faster through EE and the Apple stores? Why is o2 the only ones with this huge wait!?
has anyone who ordered the new iPad Pro through normal means of delivery to home address actually received it yet?
