Try the Tech: New phase!

Hi guys,

As many of you know, we often loan devices out to members, so that you can have a go with the some of the latest phones to see what you think. You can then also write reviews or guides about the devices, which helps other members on the community decide whether to consider them

We're ready for a new phase and below are the devices we currently have to loan out:

We have more than one of some of these devices, giving more of you a chance to test them out! If you'd like to have a go, post here or send me a private message and we can discuss options

Also, if you have any ideas of devices you'd like to try out in the future that are not included here, let us know too!

I too was charged 75p to cover the shortfall (o2 put on £6.40). I think the issue here is that the Z30 is slightly heavier than most of the other handsets and therefore takes it into the next price bracket for postage.

Cost me an extra 25p but that's small change to try the latest phones. Seems a bit petty to mention it really.

Cost me a little extra to send back the 1020 last round but as Jonsie says a small price to pay to try the latest tech.

To be honest I sent a PM to Toby just to let him know but also made it clear that I wasnt bothered about it and didnt want the 75p reimbursing. It was more of a courtesy just to let him know.

I also feel that the opportunity to try these handsets out free of charge for 2 weeks and o2 paying the costs both ways of delivery (noting the shortfall) is far greater than a few pence short on postage and I too am greatful to o2 for giving us this opportunity.

Totally agree and I would gladly pay the total postage to return the product to O2.
